Refund Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

1. How Billing Works

Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle processes the payment and issues the invoice, and we never collect or store payment card data. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, so the first charge only happens if you stay past the trial. Custom or enterprise plans may instead be invoiced directly by agreement, with access running until the agreed paid-through date.

2. Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, email info@databelta.com within 14 days of the charge in question.
  • Requests are reviewed case-by-case.
  • Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method, processed by Paddle for subscription payments or via the payment channel agreed with you for direct invoices.

3. Service Credits

In the event of an extended service outage, we may, at our discretion, grant a pro-rata service credit for the affected period.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period already paid, and cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged. Direct-invoice arrangements end on the agreed paid-through date unless a new period is agreed.
